Tracked Delivery

For Trade orders placed before midday (Monday to Friday) we aim to ship within 1 working day then to deliver in 2-3 days

Pallet orders - we aim to ship within 2 working day then to deliver in 2-3 days 

Orders placed after 12pm are + 1 working day. If a parcel is returned to us, because it has not been possible to deliver it, then we will refund the cost of the order after deduction of outbound and return delivery costs that may be incurred.

Collection – Aylesford Warehouse

We are extremely busy most of the time, so once you have received confirmation that your order is processed, our preferred collection times are Mon-Fri 10am-4pm. If you need to collect outside these times, probably best to call ahead. If the warehouse door is closed, there is a bell button just adjacent to it, that you can press for attention.
