Credit card payments can be made using Stripe: Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Payments can also be made with a credit card or by direct bank payment.

Refunds and Replacements
Beekeeping Supplies UK will replace or refund any product found to be faulty within 28 days of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible. A full refund or replacement will be issued as long as the returned items are in ‘as new’ condition in the original packaging and the fault is not the result of misuse or normal wear and tear.
If you wish to return an item for some other reason, please contact us first. Return requests must be received within 7 days of you receiving your item.
The return item must be in ‘as new’, unused, re-saleable condition.
You are responsible for the return delivery cost (unless the product is faulty)
Refunds for the returned product (excluding delivery charges) will be issued back by original payment method.
All personal data will be treated as confidential and we fully comply with the UK Data Protection Act.
